In this project, I analyzed current industry trends to effectively market a product to consumers while focusing on introducing a new consumer group and keeping current consumers engaged. I measured the objectives and KPIs Amika will gain through the consumer journey, as well as the strategy and tactics for the consumer from the awareness stage to advocacy. I completed social media posts further to promote the campaign and the product with trending hashtags to reach our target and current consumers.
